Venture INspired
INner work. INspiring results.
You want to get free from habits that are not working for you, but you’re not sure how to take time to move forward when you have meetings to lead, meetings to attend, standards to cover, deadlines to meet, a home to take care of and a family to raise!
We see you. You’re wanting something more, so you can spin your wheels less.
We were there––working harder and longer while our families, bodies, and mental wellbeing were neglected.
We get it. And we’ve created a solution: the ultimate professional development 101––a self- paced, self-directed course from the comfort of your own home. Venture in to explore your intentions and to contemplate big questions.
We’ve seen professionals like you struggle with similar scenarios during two decades we’ve been working with you. You want to learn, but when? How? This course provides life-time access addressing thematic struggles like:
• balancing work & home time
• over-working & under-sleeping
• caring “too much” and experiencing stress
• wanting to “avoid confrontation” but find better solutions
• feeling frustrated by miscommunication
You will learn
- how your values and life rules impact your choices (and energy).
- ways to check in with yourself to increase awareness & access intuition, energy, and alignment
- common communication patterns that create conflict (catabolic energy), assess which you default toward, and learn how to communicate more effectively
- mindfulness practices and their benefits (like attention, focus, and presence)
- how to liberate your struggling relationships
- how attachments to success affect you
- strategies to balance home time and work time with intention
- how to succeed and move forward despite feelings of insecurity
How does it work?
Set your intention for the course. What do you want out of it? Then start at the beginning and complete modules in order, or jump to a module that most interests you. Each module contains a short overview video, and each lesson ends with an assignment to put your learning into practice.
Connect and grow with other professionals by joining the INspired Leadership Facebook community. Post assignments or insights in the group or post comments within the course. Come and contribute as you venture in!
