Do you accept district or organizational invoices?
Yes! But these have to be processed manually and cannot be entered using the online checkout process. Use the Invoice Orders tab in the main navigation bar to access information about invoicing or go directly to the invoice request form at:
Is there college credit available for ESSDACK Online courses?
Each of our courses offer a professional learning certificate with credit hours at the completion of the course. Most courses also offer the option for college credit through MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. MNU will require some additional work for full credit and will charge $90 per credit hour.
What if I am unhappy with a course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
When do ESSDACK Online courses start and finish?
Most of our courses are completely self-paced - so they never end! You decide when you start and when you finish.
How long will I have access to ESSDACK Online courses?
How about forever? Our courses allow access to all the videos, tutorials, content, downloads, and tips until they invent something that replaces the Internet.
