We are here to support you and your team in every step of your school/district's progression through the trauma-informed continuum. During this year, you have one wildly important goal supported by three lead measures.

In order to support you in these lead measures, your team will have access to a set of professional learning modules to facilitate throughout the course of the year. The Equipping Resilience Coaches Summer Institute will help you prepare to facilitate this learning.

This training program consists of 8 modules:

• Roles and Responsibilities of School Personnel
• The Science Behind ACEs and Resilience
• The Importance of Self-Care
• Relationships Build Responsiveness
• Strategies for Regulation
• Identifying and Responding to Students of Concern
• Creating Spaces and Places that Heal
• School and Home as Partners: Building Student Resilience

Summer Institute Module Review

Over the course of this summer, you will have the opportunity to work through the professional learning modules you will facilitate with your faculty.

We break the course into three parts, each consisting of reviewing two modules followed by a Cohort Zoom Session to process the learning and expand on key points.

It is estimated that it is a two-hour commitment to review the two assigned modules, and then the Cohort Zoom is also two hours. You will also have time to work with your team on your capstone plan during Zoom.

Below is the suggested timeline for the facilitation of the professional learning modules. Your actual timeline will vary depending on several factors. Our team will help you adjust the timeline as needed.

Weekly Learning Opportunities

Each week, you will receive an automated email from ESSDACK Online containing more learning! These emails will link you back to this platform, where you will find webinars, resources, strategies, and reflections to keep you moving forward.

Collaborative Coaching Sessions

Three times per year, our entire cohort will have the opportunity to meet via Zoom. During these sessions, we will share successes and challenges, troubleshoot, and dive deeper into topics that arise during certain times of the year.

These dates are:

• Wednesday, November 02, 2023, 3:45-4:30
• Wednesday, January 31, 2024, 3:45-4:30
• Wednesday, March 27, 2024, 3:45-4:30

A reminder and the Zoom link will come straight to your email the week of each meeting.

Team Coaching Sessions

Each team has 18 coaching sessions to use throughout the school year. Typically the breakdown of these sessions is as follows:

• (10) sessions with Katie to plan professional learning and reflect on progress
• (3) sessions with the INspired Leadership Team for Energetic Coaching
• (5) sessions with the ESSDACK Resilience Team for troubleshooting and specific consulting

Year Two Planning

At the end of your first year as an Equipped Resilience Coach, our team will work with your administration to discuss the next steps as you move through the next phases of your journey.
