This chart is one way to mark your progress toward health & connection. It's like a score card that you keep with yourself. How are you doing with taking care? It's ok to miss a week (or two or three), but try not to make them consecutive weeks. If you missed last week try to honor your caremittment to yourself and do this week's challenge. The more weeks that are marked raise your health quotient.

Can you get a month blackout where you've completed a challenge each week? What if you did both challenges for each week?
